Chassis Dynamometer for Emissions Testing
Our all electric AC Chassis Dynamometers has been used in wide range applications such as vehicle durability , alternative fuels, driving simulations and mass emission testing during driving cycles such as WLTC, FTP-75, ECE-15, and other, including custom driving cycles.
AC Vector Speed/Torque with Closed Loop Control, has fast response load control using most advanced digital rotary torque and quadrature encoder transducers and other control hardware and software that allows it to work accurately and continuously for extended periods of testing.
Its rigid mechanical frame and rolls allows multiple configurations and upgrades, such as 2WD to 4WD, ATV and Motorcycle capability. Precisely fabricated and machined Rolls, using the most advanced 5D machining center technologies achieve0.5 mm runoff precision.
With optional power regeneration unit it returns unnecessary energy to grid, and allows the motor and inverter hardware to work without heating. The running expenses are reduced also.
