Our portable advanced on board automotive emission testing module GALIO BRICK PEMS- Model: SMART 2000xxx is an advanced real time system that measures masses of gas components of exhaust gases in gr, gr/km as well fuel consumption in l/100km, gpm in real time during vehicle driving as well as for predetermined road trips.
SMART 2000xxx has been the favorite choice in many on board "real driving" testing applications for over 12 years all around the world.
Its rugged design and portability allow it to be installed inside any motor vehicle in minutes, ready for real world driving testing. We offer SMART 2000xxx version equipped with a CLD, FID, NDIR, gas benches and other sensors, including exhaust gas flowmeter modules that in combination measure each exhaust gas component mass in "real world driving" on board configuration, or stationary setting coupled witch chassis dynamometer during driving cycles such as FTP-75 or ECE-15.
The SMART 2000xxx has automated self test, zero, and multi point third order polynomial calibration procedures. The system operates under PC supervisory control that incorporates data logging, strip chart emulation and virtual instrument real time display functions.
